BAOM biofilms are a type of sheeting film material that can be manipulated into multiple forms for a variety of applications. Their purpose is to replace single-use and semi-permanent flexible plastics, as well as other unsustainable materials like adhesive labelling, cardboard, paper and leather. Our secret recipe is made from a variety of vegan, organic materials. 

We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are not yet producing at scale for clients but as soon as we are ready, we will initially serve South Africa and the wider African continent.

Any industry that traditional flexible plastics are used in, we are relevant to. So, we'd say, all industries. Our first go-to-market industry will be the agriculture and land restoration markets because those films are the most developed. Our other films are post-prototype and we will be expanding into soon.
